It is important that you inspect your order as soon as possible after your item has been delivered.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days without processing fees. Please note that items returned within 30 days can be refunded to the original payment method.
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from Paris Watch Co. Returned items must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging. Domestic customers that utilize a return shipping label provided by Paris Watch Co will be subject to a $5 restocking fee. Shipping costs of returned items are non-refundable.
If you wish to return or exchange your watch, simply send us a message via our Contact US page, or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your item has been delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in original packaging.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (personalized items with engravings). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If applicable, and you need to personally ship your item back to us, you should mail your product to: 1545 Bramble Bush Way, Suwanee, GA, 30024, United States.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
If there is an issue with the product itself due to defects in materials or craftsmanship please contact firstname.lastname@example.org right away so we may replace it for you.
Items that require repair may take up to 28 days to process, but are usually much quicker.
